M.I.R.R.O.R. 100

M.I.R.R.O.R. 100™ is a signature program of the 100 Black Men of South Metro Atlanta, designed to provide educational and occupational guidance to young men—particularly those from underserved and disenfranchised communities. This initiative was born out of necessity to address the holistic development of youth, offering mentorship, exposure, and structured support that helps participants thrive academically, socially, and professionally.

By addressing the whole young man, M.I.R.R.O.R. 100™ helps participants move beyond the challenges of their environment and step confidently into their futures — equipped, empowered, and inspired to achieve.

Our Mission is To:

Guide academic and career choices by helping youth discover vocations aligned with their strengths, aptitudes, and passions.
Support career readiness by assisting students as they prepare for employment and providing tools to succeed in their chosen fields.
Engage parents and guardians by creating opportunities to discuss challenges with experienced mentors and community leaders.
Provide positive experiences and exposure through cultural, educational, and recreational field trips that broaden horizons and inspire possibilities.
